Terms of service

Last updated October 15, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Code Crafted Nexus LLC, a Kentucky company ("we", "us"), for the HeedKeep app and website. By using HeedKeep you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with your email. Keep your account to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using it. Free, Pro, Church and Church Plus plans include a set number of devices, shown on the pricing page.

Your recordings

You own your recordings and what is made from them. You are responsible for having the right to record, upload and process them. For example, if you add a sermon preached by someone else, make sure you have permission to do so. You give us permission to process your recordings only to provide HeedKeep to you.

What HeedKeep produces

Transcripts, summaries and answers are generated by software and can contain mistakes. Check important quotations and details against the recording, which is why every result points to a timestamp. Material labeled Suggested is written by HeedKeep and is not the speaker's words.

Plans, payment and activation keys

Paid plans and import packs are sold through Paddle, which handles payment, sales tax and receipts. Activation keys can be redeemed once and attach a plan or import hours to one account. Keys cannot be resold, and we may disable a key that was refunded, charged back or obtained improperly. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Refunds are covered in our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use HeedKeep to break the law, to process material you have no right to use, to attack or overload our systems, or to resell access without our permission.

Changes and availability

We work to keep HeedKeep running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may update features and plans. If we make a change that affects what you paid for, we will tell you.

Ending your account

You can stop using HeedKeep and delete your data at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

HeedKeep is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA.
