We want you to be glad you chose HeedKeep.

14-day refund

If you buy a plan or an import pack and it is not right for you, write to support@codecraftednexusllc.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Import packs

If you have used a large part of the hours in a pack, we may refund only the unused portion.

Activation keys

When a purchase is refunded, its activation key is turned off.

How to ask

Email support@codecraftednexusllc.com with the email address you used to buy. You can also request a refund through Paddle using the link in your receipt.
